Angella Graham, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a strategic Human Resources executive with more than two decades of experience helping organizations navigate growth, strengthen leadership, and build high-performing workplaces. As the Founder and Fractional CHRO of Doubleyue Consulting, she partners with founders, CEOs, and executive teams to align people strategy with business objectives, providing scalable HR solutions and experienced leadership to organizations that need strategic HR expertise without the commitment of a full-time CHRO.
Angella built the foundation of her HR career at ABM Industries, where she spent nearly a decade helping transform a growing engineering division from approximately 200 employees into a multi-state operation of more than 5,000 employees across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. She played an integral role in building the HR infrastructure that supported this growth, including developing policies and processes and advising leaders through organizational change.
Throughout her career, Angella has provided strategic HR leadership across the facilities management, engineering, nonprofit, and technology sectors. Her expertise includes organizational development, workforce planning, leadership coaching, employee relations, compliance, talent strategy, and culture transformation. As an entrepreneur and founder of Price Your Jobs LLC, a staffing and workforce solutions company, she also gained firsthand experience as a business owner. This unique perspective allows her to provide practical, business-focused HR solutions that balance organizational priorities with the employee experience.
