Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a full sales role responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and expanding business with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the HR consulting industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Doubleyue Consulting Services’ client base.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Present and promote Doubleyue Consulting Services’ offerings to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the HR consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of HR services, including HRO, recruitment, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
